Accessories

Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals within 14 days of delivery. They must be unopened and unused. A restocking fee of £49 GBP per order will be deducted. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to return your purchase.

Linxdot Helium Hotspot

We are unable to accept returns for the Linxdot Helium Hotspot due to its special made-to-order manufacturing process.

Return Process

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and an additional restocking fee of £49 GBP. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Linxdot Helium Hotspot

We do not accept returns for the Linxdot Helium Hotspot. Should your device develop a fault, we will replace or repair it free of charge under our standard 1-year warranty.

Refunds

Accessories

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 5-14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Linxdot Helium Hotspot

Due to the nature of the Linxdot Helium Hotspot, and it’s pre-order status, we are not able to issue refunds once a pre-order is placed.

Crypto Refunds

We are unable to refund payments for orders made via a cryptocurrency due to the natural volatility of cryptocurrencies.
